U walk in and the smell will immediately make any foul mood u were in from dealing with hylan Blvd and the traffic, go away, just to bring you into an even worse foul mood from the extremely rude, and extremely unwelcoming woman with the brown hair..she seemed almost mad that I was using a gift card to pay for a portion of my bill when she got 70 out of the 120 dollars cash for sugar cookies that look like small basketballs that can be done anywhere.. not knocking the work here but there are a lot of good bakerys and cookie places... I don't need the rudeness and aggravation of being made to feel like I was bothering the employee by giving them business... I won't go back and will go back to the cookie jar... and I'm sure the woman with the brown hair in the pony tail that helped me can...

I’ve been to cutest cookie twice with my daughter and she had a blast both times, not only is the staff super friendly but they are so nice and understanding. We had booked a mommy and me class and the day of on the way there my daughter got sick in the car. When my husband went in to tell them what happened they completely understood and gave us our own box to make the cookies at home. My daughter was beyond excited because she was so devastated to not be able to go, but the fact that she was able to bring it home made her day. I called to book a class trip for 12 classes Chyan answered the phone and was Very abrupt and rude in the phone. I wanted to ask about the trip and what activities and discussions were involved for the trip. Her reply was "decorating cookies" with a laugh. I understand that it's pretty obvious that my students would be decorating cookies However, I wanted to know what else the trip would entail if its 45min -1hr long? I called bck to ask to speak to the manager and Chyan stated she is on vacation and dint know when she would be returning.
