They always make me feel like I’m capable of learning and reaching my goals. I love that even though I had never worked out before I instantly fell in love with reformer Pilates. I do not recommend coming to this place at all. My mom got skin disease from the dirty reformers, the machines are not properly cleaned and covered in hair, etc. That was the least of my concerns however, the temperature was beyond hot, dangerous for people with blood pressure, the owner keeps it that way intentionally and none of the instructors can change it despite constant complaints from the members. She doesn't care about anything other than money. I have never encountered more unprofessional or cheap ownership. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, she will keep charging it WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. I cant emphasize that point enough.
