Contrary to some of these reviewers, I actually keep coming back to Dear Drugs because the service is so good. I have a prescription that tends to be sold out in other pharmacies, and is really difficult to get ahold of. This pharmacy is the one that always has it, and/or is willing to call my doctor to change the dosage, or amount. Also, I've always been treated nicely here. I've had bad experiences at some other pharmacies, where I actually felt judged because of what prescription I was filling--not here. This is the place to go to if you do not have insurance, because their out of pocket cost is considerably below other pharmacies, including small non-chain ones.    Read moreI use this pharmacy for more than 25 years. There are some staff members were just young students. Now they are mature people. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and very helpful. People coming here for questions or problem instead to go to doctor. Pharmacist is so knowledgeable. He knows almost everything. If he doesnât, he tries to find the answer. It is busy place because pharmacist at the same time prepares medications, talking to doctors or patients who are sick and canât come to pharmacy. Yes, it is not as big as Rite Aid or Walgreen, but you get full attention and it is like to your friends here. Now they make it much better for people with strollers with little kids...

There is no communication from them. If they don't have your script they won't tell you.
"Curb Side Delivery"? Ha! If curb side means that you sit outside for a half hour (By the way, I called them 15 minutes before that I was on my way) and you call them and they tell you it takes time. But when I called them earlier they said all they have to do is put a label on the box. Each time you call you'll get a different story.
