I've been a customer of Delicate Gem since 2012, when I first went to the diamond district to look for an engagement ring. Most salesmen and shop owners were extremely pushy and/or unhelpful. I had something very specific in mind, but many people were insistent on showing me something else, most likely because they did not have what I was looking for.

Ari at Delicate Gem took the time to answer my questions, and explain things about the rings I hadn't known or even considered. Ari had a couple diamonds that fit my description, but was also able to get a few more within the hour that he had out with other dealers. After looking at everything Ari had to offer in my price range and general specifications, we chose my wife's engagement diamond, which she absolutely loves. I felt that Ari was extremely honest and trustworthy, and he made my decision to buy my ring from him extremely easy.

6 months later, my wife and I went back to him for our wedding bands, also beautiful. And then just last week, I bought a set of diamond stud earrings from Ari for my wife as a present after we just had a baby girl. I live in PA, so I was able to call Ari with the specifications I was looking for, and he was able to send me the info on the diamonds he had.

I normally wouldn't buy something like this sight unseen, but I had so much trust in Ari's diamonds (it is worth mentioning he only deals in fine cut diamonds, so they all are extremely brilliant), that I had them shipped to me without coming in first. They were absolutely gorgeous and my wife and I couldn't be happier.
