I wanted to support Javier the Jeweler a couple of years ago and ordered several pieces as Christmas gifts. I initially reached out via Instagram and was later contacted by text, where I selected my items and paid via Zelle. Around that time, my child was sick, so I wasn’t able to pick up the jewelry right away.
When I finally made it to the store (I live several states away), I was told I still owed $1,585. I explained that I had already sent $1,000 the week prior and had the remaining $585 with me. Unfortunately, my phone had died so I couldn’t pull up the proof, and I was told the manager wasn’t available to verify.
When I got home and checked, I confirmed that I had indeed sent the $1,000 — meaning I had already paid everything except the $585, which I paid in person. However, I never received the full order.
Since then, I’ve called and texted multiple times, trying to speak to someone who could resolve this. I was constantly told to ask for “Diana,” who was either unavailable or on vacation. After weeks of calling, I finally spoke to someone claiming to be a manager who asked me to send proof of the payments — which I did — only to be told again that I had to come in person and speak to Diana.
Despite explaining multiple times that I live out of state and can’t just travel there on a whim, no one has taken responsibility or helped me resolve the issue. I was even told delivery wasn’t an option, though they had done it in the past.
It’s been almost two years, and I’m still missing $1,000 worth of merchandise with no resolution, no accountability, and no effort from their team to make it right. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you want...

I made a purchase during your recent Black Friday sale, & UPS the shipping company you guys choose to use decided to lose my package, now although I understand that is not your fault, UPS has a policy that once I file a missing package claim, they only give the shipper (you) the information, so I must be in contact with you to get another piece or a replacement/refund. I would love to receive the piece & have this all figured out but it has not been easy to get in contact with you guys, I have tried WhatsApp, mobile phone, email, & instagram dm’s & only got a response telling me to call their number, it took multiple tries & calling multiple numbers for them to pick up. Now I am told I have to file a claim with them, they don’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back because they do not do replacements & now that item is no longer on the website so if I wanted to purchase it again my only option is to finance.
Update as of 01/10/23, I never received refund I was told I would, their own insurance company is telling me they are trying to appeal it & its better if I just get a refund through my bank. I wasn’t frustrated, I know mistakes happen but the way they handled my situation was the most unprofessional encounter I ever had. When I called the store I had asked where my package was and that it might have been lost. So I opened a claim and kept in contact with the store. When I contacted UPS, which is the shipping department they use, they told me they were waiting for the store’s response to confirm that I had purchased the item and I can receive a refund. The store has yet to respond to their email regarding my package and every time I call, I’m either sent to voicemail or someone picks up and says that they will call me back to discuss my situation and NEVER DO!
