DFH Laundromat — Local services in New York

As a person who LOVES doing the laundry I have a lot to say!!! The facility and washers are very clean. The Saturday attendant is pleasant. The reason I did not give five stars is because of their dryers. It wasnt always like this. I use to wash there over 30 years ago. I was told the dryer lint trays are only cleaned three times a week. The lint trays should be cleaned everyday periodliy due to the high volume of patrons. So you can imagine how disappointed I was when I dried, 5 short sleeve tshirts 2 pillow shams 1 under garment 1 mid length cotton nightgown and paid $3 t and they weren't completley dried. I will continue to wash but WILL NOT dry. I realized what you don't know there's no expectation. So with that said I will continue to wash there but will dry elsewhere. Gradteful most of my clothing...

Horrible customer service.

I was minding my own business, loading my clothes into the washing machine, when the owner randomly walks up to me, puts his hands in my face and yells at me for taking too long putting my clothes in the washing machine (I had 1 small load).

He then approached me aggressively a 2nd time at the change machine and screamed at me when the machine wouldn’t take my dollar. I felt personally attacked as there were about 10 other customers also doing their laundry.

Been coming to this laundromat multiple times since they have opened. Always great service and kind owners! I accidentally left some of my clothes, and when I came back the next day my clothes were folded and secured when I came by to pick up!...
