DH Nails — Local services in New York

If I could give this place a no stars I would have. Amanda ( the owner ) did my nails HORRIBLY!!! Fat, disgusting, lumpy and not even close the shape I asked for!!! When I kept asking her to fix it she would say not done yet not done yet. When it was finally done she asked if I like it and I said NO OBVIOUSLY NOT I asked her to fix it she said she couldn’t because she had no time since she had another customer so I understood and said I would call to make another appointment so we can fix them. The next day I called her to schedule an appointment for her to fix it all of a sudden my number is blocked so I called my bank to dispute the charge please tell me how she HAD THE AUDACITY to say that I was lying meanwhile I paid somebody the DAY AFTER to fix my nails!!!! Who even she looked at them and was in complete shock that she was even a nail technician!! No prep on the nails nothing just straight tips and acrylic she was done with my nails in 20 minutes who finishes nails in 20 minutes!!!! I walked in and was immediately seated. I had a big graduation to attend and spoiled myself a little so I got the green tea french pedicure spa that comes with a 20 min massage and a gel french manicure. It was absolutely divine. The woman really took her time with the massage and got out some of the kinks in my calves and the callouses on my heels without being harsh, and although I'm very ticklish it was a relaxing experience. The salon picked up and was full by the time my manicure was beginning, and although they were packed, the technician was swift and focused. I've never had such an even french manicure. She spent time massaging my hands and shoulders (she has heavenly hands) and didn't shorten the experience despite being full, yet was very quick and efficient to make sure customers weren't waiting too long. This has to be the worst manicure I've gotten from this place. I have gotten a few manicures and they have been good. My nails came out round in the middle non of them are straight. I told her I wanted them just like the picture and as pointy as possible. I asked if she was done filing them when I saw they were rounded in the middle of my nail, she said yes. I asked her to fix them and she just tried to fix my thumb by using a regular nail filer on the sides and I tried to explain that it's the powder in my nails thats uneven, she took out the drill and filed it down a little and said they were good now.
