Hurry, get your skincare needs met at Laser Beauty Bar! I don’t ever write reviews, but I’m really impressed by the service I received from, specifically from my esthetician, Andrea. She went above and beyond. I purchased a Groupon for a carbon peel, as this service was recommended by one of my good friends who gets them regularly. The way my friend explained her process compared to the process I received was much better than I expected. First, I loved that Andrea asked about my skincare routine. I think this helps ensure she won’t use products that will cause a reaction on my skin. She then proceeded to give me a mini facial, and with how thorough she was, I felt like I was receiving something close to a European facial. After the mini facial, she applied the carbon mask followed by using the laser on my face. Thereafter, she applied a mask geared to my specific skin needs. While the mask dried on my face, I was given a hand and arm massage. She removed the mask and applied moisturizers while giving a mini face, neck, and chest massage! The first time they spent a lot of time on my facial. I had purchased the carbon peel facial from Groupon but was told this wouldn’t be good for me since I had active acne and they recommended the acne facial to me. I ended up purchasing the pack of 3 (acne facials) because they had spent so much time and effort on my first facial. After the first facial was completed, I was explicitly told that she was going to put a note in my profile for 75 minute facials each time. Fast forward to now my second facial and I was in and out in 30 minutes. There were no extractions this time, just a simple chemical peel. I guess that’s how they get you. Bought a groupon deal from them and went in for the first time. When I arrived they asked my what type of laser Ive done previously and I told what works and doesn’t work for me. I got in, undressed and was waiting for them laying down. They came in and told me I had to pay extra 100$ for the good laser otherwise they would use the bad one on me.. like what? How did they not tell me that upon arrival before I got undressed in the room when we talked about it at the front desk.They said that these are the new rules they have so dont fall for their lies!!! Made me go from one room to the other naked because their next appointment came.. why does it matter what room each person goes to?
