I used to visit Euro Market years ago, but because the store is very messy and cluttered, so I stopped coming in.
Last week, I stopped in because I needed a quick breakfast and bought a packaged croissant. As I was eating the croissant on the train, I noticed half of it was covered in dark green mold.
When I called Euro Market to notify them about the moldy food, the woman who answered the phone was extremely defensive and said "NO THATS NOT TRUE", she then gave the phone to the manager, who said "There is mold because its hot and humid outside". I told him that's no excuse for selling moldy food. They did not offer to fix the problem, or show any type of concern about checking the other expired/moldy food packages.
Unfortunately, I had to file a complaint with the NYC Department of Health. Hopefully they will get things under control since they do have a good selection of...

Turns out the canned milk I was buying from here was expired!!!!! I went to the store to tell the girl and she told me they will take it off the shelf.
