Diamond Laser Spa — Local services in New York

My first time at this laser place and definitely not coming back. A few issues: The place is not well ventilated resulting in the burning laser smell all over which is definitely not very healthy. Cheap set up. I had communicated over the phone regarding what their package includes and the payment plan. When I arrived over there, they were telling me different things. They initially blamed it on me for getting confused and calling their manhattan place instead. Their “manhattan place” if it exists it has completely different name (according to them BLOSSOMS laser) and thus not possible to be confused. Then they were blaming it to the reception girl that didn’t know and that conveniently happened to be off the day of my appointment and whom they will consider firing. They completely tried to SCAM me with cheap excuses. Completely unprofessional. Their attitude and tone towards their customers is very impolite and the way they handle everything unpolished. it clearly shows they have little experience of how to behave in a business environment. Technician did her job well but the owner and management is pretty bad.

Recently they are targeting customers on IG by various ads. They will book an appointment and lock you in at a lower price. When you reach the place at the time of your appointment they will try to increase the price.

We were about to buy the 6 session package but they emphasized paying in full upfront which does not happen anywhere. They were not willing to take partial payments. They talk about trust but they are not ready to put any trust in their customers.
