Clean store?- yes. But that it is not the first thing you look at when you get there. Sales ladies are rude and unhelpful. Jumping to assist other walk in buyers, not even finishing with you. My boyfriend bought me a pendant for my birthday, when he paid they never said “the store has 12% hold of your purchase price if you decide to return it back” when he saw the receipt he asked about the 12% and then she explained, but was too late, he paid and in the store this note it is posted on the side, where you can’t really see. Not in a visible side ( I went there second day with him) Since this store has such rule, it has to be told verbally by the sales person when you buy, especially if it is a man, sales person has to understand or ask, and assist better if he is purchasing it as a gift for his loved one. Since they don’t care, that’s why they sold him a pendant that was not my age match. Just the most expensive. I have never seen in any normal store that you have to pay 12% if you return it. We were in the store to exchange it, when we got there, the sales lady got our pendant told us she has to check it, if it is not fake “really??” Why she did not show it to my boyfriend when she sold, to proof it is not fake. So it made us look like nobody. Then she left the jewelry on a desk, and left to assist someone else, at any our request to assist us she gave us such a bad look and attitude. I honestly did not want to exchange it anymore, I was ready to loose those 200$ for what they charge 12% when you return. And, the most annoying part is, the owner kept calling every few minutes and checking on her sales ladies asking questions, and saying things about who got how much discount etc. but also, the sales ladies discuss with the buyers how annoying is the owner with her calls and how micromanaged are they. Which it is actually not a professional way to do if you work for someone, but also I do not emphasize the fact, if owner see’s and checks on cameras, she can do it when the store is empty, call and discuss those details. I could not stay there any longer and watch all this picture, as it was unprofessional- finally We returned our unsatisfactory purchase, went to another store and purchase 2 pendants and 1 pair of earrings which I am happy to wear. The service we received there was exceptional- now we will buy only there. Be mindful prior you go to this store to spend your money and have no service. And be treated like nobody.
