I came to the store first 2 years ago simply to ask a question. Left an hour later with upgraded new phone, new better service and feeling of gratitude and amazing service I’ve received. Last month my moms phone 6S gave up... so I came to the store I’ve been to before and carried good memories about. This time I was surprised even more with fast and highly attentive service that went beyond my expectations. I was able to get a new phone for my mom at a great price and quick service. This time the store manager helped me with applying an “essential worker” discount as I am. Thank you! I was lucky to be attended by a great professional Slava on both occasions. Read moreThe service I received earlier today was simply appalling. I came to activate a new phone that my daughter gifted me. However, every interaction just worsened as soon as I reflexively stepped back when the sales person coughed. The way he commanded me to step up closer was not only patronizing but contemptuous. He insisted that my daughter had to come in person since she’s the customer. When I said she lives in Manhattan, he retorted “Is that another planet?” I explained that she has a toddler and expecting her second child. To sum up, he was unable to help me to save or transfer my old number and he turned on the new phone (which I could have done myself), he snidely remarked, “So, you’re to keep both numbers then?” I am just so flabbergasted by his attitude that I could only shook my head as I walked away. They refused to help me in any way and tried to make money on me by trying to sell me TV that I told him 1000% time I don’t need it. And the staff was giggling while I was there as if it was some sort of circus attraction or something. I am going to complain to corporate about this nonsense and have the store staff and management relearn the process to keep the customer satisfied and not make fun of and try to force them to buy something without the customer wanting it. I want to make sure the store manager sees this review and think about how treating people next time.
