Horrible horrible service I been coming to this place for some time and each time the service get worst and worst this time I had enough i paid $50 for a fill in to replace a nail that came off and gel coloring the shape I asked for was coffin I got square when I fixed to tell the owner Carlito Who was doing my nails that not coffin he made a joke sayin yes yes it is and joke like the joke was gong to make be for get what I asked for then the polish was all over my nail bed Spots on my nail with no color like really I could have done that better when I told he told me I was to picky like really I paying for a service I have the right to be picky then the polish is extremely lumpy with bubbles ladies stay far far away from this place I am so unhappy I will be returning tomorrow have all these issues fix or getting...

Used to come here all the time for a pedicure or a fill in . Today was the last time Living in Washington heights for 30 years i know the dynamic . But not knowing any English at all with the nail techs on top of cutting off most of my big nail during the pedicure turned me completely off . Had to pay extra for acrylic to fix it . Tech never asked me if i wanted a cut down or file . Asked me what color i wanted without showing me options for color . Broke the water jet from the pedicure tub and had water everywhere and damn near hit the back of my thigh area of my jeans . (It’s February and freezing outside ) Then when doing my nails she ran the drill over finger causing it to bleed and then try to run the alcohol pad over my nail Never ever...

The nails came out beautiful! However the place was very small and quite dirty the seats were old and dirty and so were the work spaces. I asked the tech if they was their tools before use (I didn’t want to be rude but the cubicle was covvverrreeeddd in acrylic powder and dusty). The tech that worked on my nails asked for a deposit that was not returned even though she changed my appointment time and arrived 10 minutes late. All in all the execution was 10/10 customer service 4/10 and the cleanliness would be a 3/10 for me. But my...
