The worst! This heavy set woman examiner 507 tried to mask how “nice” she is when introducing herself and writing my name. Immediately changed her attitude when the driving starts. They expect you to have years of professional experience as if most of us aren’t newbies or get nervous. If you do one thing that’s messed up for 2 seconds for example, how you put your hands on the steering wheel - she will mark 15 points even after quickly correcting yourself. Very unprofessional with how she talks to you. Questioning why I’m doing this…First they have you parallel park on a street that is NOT CURBED. I was making a 3 point turn and while backing up, a car pulls up to my right and waits for me to clear enough backing up to go by. She gonna say. “look he’s waiting, you can’t have people do that”. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO?? I can’t have the whole road to myself and expect no one is going to come by driving down the street. No common sense when even I knew what she said wasn’t right. I held my composure. She even lied on my results saying I didn’t put any of my signal lights or check my blind spots, Which I did every time I was going to turn, park, or change a lane!!! Insane experience and I hated it. If your going here make sure your saying your steps and what your doing OUT LOUD because the audacity to lie makes me feel she wasn’t paying attention on her part of what I was doing, looking to late, or she’s just a miserable person who hates her job and can’t stand certain people from the get go. She’s lucky I held it professional. Next time I will say all my steps out loud and what blinkers I’m putting on so the recording and the next instructor can hear me because that was INSANE to lie!!! Bummed...

DO NOT come here please Instructor 904 the was very rude, now I had my road test and since the instructor got in the car, and I started driving, at the first indication he started yelling at me and that was the case throughout the test, I got nervous, because who is going to drive Don't worry if they are yelling at you, he also blew the whistle to make the car in front move, he told me to move to the right and I stopped, because there was a stop sign but apparently he didn't notice and was rushing me , I told him there was a stop sign, That's why I stopped, he was giving me directions late, I felt stupid and dumb and I've been driving for 5 years, I drove in Hawaii, Texas, from Florida to Miami and so on many more places, he killed my spirit, I felt depressed all day, they make you feel like a worm here, I thought he was racist because I'm Hispanic and he's a 🧔🏿‍♂️ but I've seen the other reviews and I see that there are very few people who Approves, good luck and look for...

I don't really complain things much but this site was terrible and I wouldn't recommend you to take a road test here if you are beginner or it's your first time taking a test in NY. I just chose this place because it is near to my house. I waited for 30 minutes inside of a car lining up. The instructor was already annoyed before my turn and didn't say a thing other than giving instructions at a last second. You will feel more than nervous if you are with someone who is upset sitting next to you even though you are already really nervous for the test. He didn't even give a change to let me park near to curb because I thought it was close enough but he said go and I got 10 points deducted for parking. And the road was busy at 11am with many cars, pedestrians and intersections. Very unpleasant experience. I changed the place for my next road test because I don't want to have another experience here making me depressed...
