I’ve purchased three Rolex’s from Elegant Creations from November 2023 to present. I purchased my first Rolex from Elegant Creations in person. It was a birthday gift to myself. I was nervous as it was my first Rolex purchase and I had zero experience with buying luxury watches and didn’t know much about the process or watches in general. The second two I purchased by phone and had the watches conveniently shipped to my home. I’m very happy with all three of my purchases. I’ve worked with Boris, Albert, and most recently June. Their prices are fair, they are easy to work with and most importantly, they are trustworthy. I like working with them because they respond to messages, even if it takes me months to buy. They aren’t pushy. They are respectful and honest. I love that I don’t have to travel there to buy a watch because I trust them and know that what they say is the truth. My fiance and purchased a wedding set (engagement ring and wedding band) at elegant creations. As beautiful as the set was, it wasn't practical for my daily use, and some of the pave became loose.

I went back and spoke with the owner, and after speaking with him and explaining the situation, he went above and beyond to help us.

I never expected anyone to treat us with so much respect and be so kind to us. The owner exchanged my ring for one that was by far a better quality ring and even customized it so that it was exactly what we wanted.

“I had a very disappointing experience at [Jewelry Store Name] on the second floor, room 203. I went to sell some old jewelry and was given significantly less than expected. He only paid for 100 grams of gold, even though I had over 100 grams. The price was not fair, and there were extra charges that were not transparent.

In addition, I bought a gold coin from him at a high price, and when I wanted to return it the next day, he offered me much less than what I paid. He claimed that the gold I sold him had been melted, which I believe is not true. I feel very disappointed with the lack of honesty and transparency at this store.
