Elegant Brows Inc. — Local services in New York

This was my go-to eyebrow place, but after my latest experience I will have to find a different place. Today I went to Elegant Brows to have my eyebrows waxed. After finishing waxing my eyebrows, the woman who did my eyebrows pulled my mask down without asking, and proceeded to say that I should let her clean my nose because of blackheads. I was extremely upset given the current rise in COVID cases and omicron, that the worker thought it was okay to pull down my mask without permission. I told her maybe another time, to which she continued to try and convince me. Since she already had pulled down my mask, I let her proceed. To which she then tried to further convince me to do my chin and upper lip, for $37. When I declined, she continued to try and convince me — STILL with my mask pulled down. I again declined and she proceeded to just clean my nose. After taking the nose wax off, she began to very painfully dig her nails over and over into my nose to extract the blackheads. I just got home and my entire nose is scratched up from the force that she was using to push her nails into my skin. I did not have a chance to get her name, but I went today around 4:30PM, Thursday. Love love love this place! The staff is always so friendly and professional. Everything is clean and they follow COVID protocol. They do amazing work. I’ve been getting my eye brows done here for over a year now and never had any complaints. They also have eyebrow and eyelash deals you can’t beat. 10/10...
