I went here for College Graduation head shots. The photographer was great until she became a little more opinionated than usual, kind of making it more about how she wanted the poses and pictures to look even after my friends & sister gave many suggestions to help me get the best pictures because that’s what they were there for. After taking the photos for an HOUR I agreed to get an email of all of the photos in the next two days instead of coming in to look at proofs which was a new option mentioned by the photographer. However instead of sending all photos she decided to pick her best 10 instead of allowing me to choose my own best to get edited. The number of pictures sent to me nor the limit was mentioned the day of the photos it was explained that all pictures would be sent via email as any photographer would do. After expressing my concern to the photos that were missing and how i didn’t like the pictures she Chose she began to ask what i didn’t like about it & how she seen no issue as if they were her photos. After spending an hour taking photos….She proceeded to explain that she also deleted the remaining photos as well. Leaving me to be left with Graduation photos i was unsatisfied with! The staff at this place was very unprofessional and unorganized. They weren’t informative about the process. They were yelling for customers to know their background numbers before they came to the front. In addition to that, I was told to come back for photo proofs in 30 minutes. When I got there, none of the proofs were ready. So I had to wait. After seeing the proofs and selecting all the pictures I wanted and paying extra money for additional poses which was BullS* I was told to come back in 7 mins. When I came back, a staff member started showing me the proof telling me to select a pose after I showed her the paid receipt and receipt with my picture number. SMH. Then they couldn’t find my pictures. Once I got the pictures some were missing. I spent over $150 which is too much money for me to receive this unprofessional, unorganized, bad customer service. I will never go back there nor would I recommend it. The two stars is for the pictures. They came out pretty nice. But I would rather spend my money at a different place with good...

This place should be more accommodating to people who have never really used it before. I had plans on taking some pictures here today. I found the staff to be rude. It's my 1st time here so I am not sure how everything works. For example the lady who was working behind the counter told me to go to back of the store to pick a background for my photos. She could have been more specific and told me there was a black book to choose my background from instead of having me look lost. I will never go to this place again and I certainly don't recommend this place to newcomers unless you are comfortable...
