I had a mixed experience purchasing a watch from Ruben. On the positive side, he was very prompt in communication and shipped the watch priority overnight, which I greatly appreciated. The watch came in good condition and its authenticity was verified by an authorized dealer. The watch came with an incorrect spring bar however and needed to be replaced.

There were some issues with transparency however. When I asked about the factory warranty before purchasing, Ruben told me it would be valid until July 2025, but the card actually states January, so warranty was significantly less than stated. Additionally, after we agreed on a price via text and I paid through PayPal, Ruben asked for extra money to cover credit card fees via Zelle. Perhaps this was an honest mistake like he said, but it still felt deceptive. I unfortunately got caught up in the excitement of a new watch and agreed to cover part of the fees. I regret this in hindsight.

My wife bought a Chopard watch from this company as a Christmas gift which at first glance looked ok. I sent the watch down to her fathers house via FedX so it could be there for Christmas, so far so good but when it was opened by the person receiving it they tried it on and found the watch did not work and the band was dry rotted and the Crystal was scratched. Sent it to Chopard and got this back, Service $275.00, Shipping $35.99, polishing $190.00, Change Crystal $199.00, totaling $699.00 and we haven't even got the estimate for the band. This company will rip you off, because when my wife tried to get her money back they said no, so to make things right for the person getting the watch it is going to cost me an additional $1,000.00 dollars on top of what I have already paid this company.
