Crystal and Dr. Theil are a power team!! The first time I didnât feel like my health was just a money maker. Dr. Theil actually explained what is going on inside my body which no doctor has bothered to do before. She fully educated me on what needs to change In my life to help me be healthier. Crystal is amazing, sheâs so sweet, sheâs funny, and incredibly caring as well. They actually cared to get to the root of my problems, I will never go to any other doctor for OBGYN appointment again. Theyâve got my loyalty, after 6 different gynecologists have screwed me over. Cannot recommend them enough!!!
Update: It was really only a matter of time, but the office screwed me over nicely today. Dr. Inoa called out sick, and my appointment wasnât until 3pm. I never received a call or notification that my appointment was cancelled. The only way to get to the office from my house is by Uber, no other doctor could see me, and their excuse was they forgot / were busy. They had hours to call me. Meanwhile if I hadnât shown up theyâd charge me for missing an appointment. Howâs that fair? So I wasted $15 on an Uber there. They paid for my Uber back home, which is good, but I still burned $15 for nothing. They wonât do anything to make up for that, no account credit for copays, no Uber ride back to their office for the next appointment. (If it even happens) And youâd think a doctors office would have doors that accommodate people with disabilities but no. The entry door is so hard to open, and on my way out when I went I push, the resistance caused me to yelp and cry. So not only did I have to take off time from working today, but I wasted money, and have to wait even longer for a diagnosis for pain thatâs been ruining my life for 7 months.
Update August 8th: Iâve been trying to get in touch with Dr. Theil since MARCH for results. I know itâs been tricky with COVID but how can you just ghost your patient with results that could severely...
Read moreLet me start by sharing that I am a health care provider myself and understand that sometimes things can get hectic in clinic settings, but this place needs serious reorganization. The clinic is located in the depressing basement of a building, and staff seem miserable to be there. The Dr was nice, but impossible to reach for follow up needs. I was told multiple times "we don't know when she is working" when trying to call to schedule a follow up. Also had issues obtaining prior authorization for a needed test due to the office never sending any documentation to my insurance company, and it took over a week and 4 phone calls just to get medication sent to the pharmacy. They called me the day of my appt asking me to come in earlier, and then when I was rushing to get there they called and said my appt was canceled. Then they called back 5 minutes later and said it wasn't canceled, and then when I was 10 minutes away they called me back AGAIN said the machine was broken and I would need to reschedule. It is unclear to me if this was even true because I received another call the following day asking me to reschedule the missed appointment due to them receiving the prior approval for the test "after hours". The Dr never reviewed my test results and when I requested that they send them to my PCP to review them with me, they refused to release them and I had to escalate it to a manager. This is ironic seeing as they insisted I provide a referral from my PCP "for communication purposes" even though my insurance does not require one, so you would think they would not have a problem forwarding results to the referring provider. My advice would be to not waste your time with them and go elsewhere. Luckily I was able to have my PCP step in to manage my health concern and transfer the rest of my care to a...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to see Dr. Sangeorzan for my yearly pap smear. I also had a lump in my left breast that I wanted to check. After setting up an ultrasound I arrived at Emu Health only to find out from the nurse that they can't do the ultrasound bc the doctor didn't specify the exact location of the ultrasound. I wasn't happy with that answer especially since I took a day off from work so I kindly asked them to contact the doctor. They contacted him and after 30 minutes of waiting he fixed the order and I was able to do the ultrasound. 1 week later I came back to the office to get my results. The doctor tells me that my pap smear is fine. I get all excited bc I've had high risk HPV and it's finally cleared! But wait....there's a catch! Turns out they used expired vials so the tests were inconclusive! So we had to do the pap smear again. The results came I saw them on the portal and it's abnormal. The results have been in since December 2023 and as of today the doctor still hasn't called me. He also diagnosed me with endometriosis without any tests or explanation. He told me to go home and google what endometriosis is and then we will talk about it. He didn't even give me 5 minutes of his time he seemed in a rush all the time. Not only that but he didn't even offer a solution for this cyst in my breast - so what was the point of the ultrasound? This is the worst experience I've ever had with any clinic or doctor. Don't waste your time and money on ppl that don't care about you. Even the receptionists were so unprofessional and by the sounds of it they lose test results often and laugh about it like it'sa joke. Terrible...
