From 5 to 1 Stars why? I recently ordered here, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I placed an order online for pickup, but I opened was missing the fries this is the second time happens here, the other day when I got home, I realized the fries were missing. I tried calling the restaurant to inform them, but nobody picked up, and there was no follow-up It’s frustrating to pay for a complete meal and end up with an incomplete order. The chicken was decent, but it didn’t make up for the lack of the fries I paid for. Really hoping they improve their service as I was looking forward to a good meal. But I won’t back and people who buy here need to be aware before left the restaurant open your food and see what items are missing

Twice in a row (on separate visits) we received biscuits that had this black layer of dirt or film on the bottom. Please see the photo. The first time it happened the biscuits were in the fridge for two days, so I wrote it off as mold. Today upon getting our order the film was on the biscuits ordered fresh. I don't know if it's from a dirty pan or storing these biscuits on the floor, but it's very unappealing. Also on one of my first visits I went through the drive thru for a meal and the staff asked me to come inside. I told them I had a sleeping toddler in the car and there was a reason I was using the drive thru.

The fried chicken and sandwiches are truly fantastic the chicken was crispy and sauce was amazing, and the sandwich bun was perfect. i also got a side that was mac and cheese which blew my mind. i would highly suggest the meal to anyone. This fried chicken and sandwiches may just too them all!..

If I could have given zero star review I would have. I bought a 4 piece combo from this popeyes and there was no crunch in the fries (probably left over fries sold to me). In addition, there seem to be no cajun season on the "cajun" fries. Going on to the chiccken: they were the tiniest 4 pieces of chicken I ever saw in a combo. I went for spicy, which was not apparent. This was a total turn off in combination with what also seemed like chicken that was brought forward. I knew this place was new so i thought maybe ill try because they will try their best to acquire customers by serving well but to my surprise ir is like all the other popeyes in Queens. I placed an order online to be picked up. 2 apple pies were missing from my order, the sauces to go with the chicken I had to return to demand what was missing. the manager who took the order did not apologize for the mistake.😡 It's becoming a Popeye craze that they forget to put things on orders, or charge for things you don't ask for.😡😡😡 In addition to my order I ordered two large lemon drinks and was charged 13.99.I think that the management of this business should focus more on how they prepare the orders, and on the price they charge for overpriced things.
