FedEx Office Print & Ship Center — Local services in New York

I needed to return a package and was given instructions from the company to use FEDex shipping. I went to this location and had the quickest and pleasant transaction. I already had my printed return label and just needed to purchase a bag $3.80 size to fit a shoebox- the original bag was destroyed. Took me all of 2 minutes if that much.

Upon entering the sales person said “ Hello, how may I help” no attitude. Carol help me with the correct bag to buy ( no upsale) and sealed it for me. I gave her my return receipt and she scanned the bag and gave me a receipt. Carol was absolutely professional and courteous.

The establishment is very clean, everything is in order and they have enough large tables to wrap your items. They offer several printers, copiers , computers, tape, bubble wrap etc. You’ll get things done fast here, there was enough staff (3) at the time.

I was informed politely by one of the staff members CORPORATE DO NOT ALLOW FOR PHOTOS TO BE TAKEN INSIDE. I have respect and deleted the photos I had taken to show the establishment .

I have come to this FedEx location numerous amount of times for many different reasons; to drop off a prepaid package; shipping and packaging a product to the west coast, ordering and printing of photos, and I also used the copy machine. I never had issues at this place and there’s a guy with glasses that has been there for a while and knows what he is doing. Loyalty to the brand is respect. Never had to wait longer than 2-3min. This is the golden standard of shipping. I really wish Amazon partnered more with FedEx instead of UPS… also very convenient location and hours of operation are...
