Alexander was extremely helpful and willing to assist me in searching for the sneakers I wanted (black and white d-lites) while the other employees didn't greet me or my friend as we walked past them as they avoided eye contact as to not feel obligated to assist us though it was visibly obvious they weren't busy other than just talking about their personal issues and blinking their umbrella lashes and sucking their teeth which made them unapproachable. My friend and i agreed that Alexander is definitely a great asset to this location even the security guard agreed. Though the sneakers i wanted weren't in stock his way of serving us changed my view of the store with his attentiveness. I hope more employees follow this gentleman's code of conduct as he sets a great example and standard of how customers should be welcomed...
Read moreGreat and organized store .. but sales associates and manager bad customer service went to buy in some boots and my fiancée said he gets a discount because of his work he was showing them and explaining them and they totally ignored him they were looking through some booklet meanwhile he was showing them the discount code and what it said but they just ignored .. they said no they didn’t because they were a factory store meanwhile we do a lot of shopping in the queens place which is a store factory as well and they do give the discount there made no total sense .. However, as is often the case I've found in factory outlet stores, they are not extremely helpful when you are searching for shoes. The biggest issue in the location is the lack of places to try on shoes! There are no sitting areas near the front half of the store. The only benches, which are tiny, are in the back of the site, near the clearance section. This is convenient when you are looking through the clearance racks. But if you are doing the new shoes, you'll have to bring them all the way to the back to try them on. If they just added a sitting area or two towards the front of the store it would make trying on, and purchasing, shoes that...
