My experience was far from positive, leaving me genuinely concerned about my cherished gold necklace. I entrusted my piece for repairs at this establishment on August 18th. The owner assured me that it would be ready for collection by Monday, August 21st, at any point during regular working hours.
When I arrived on that agreed date on Monday afternoon to retrieve my necklace, the owner delivered astonishing news—it hadn't been repaired, and shockingly, it wasn't even present in the shop. This left me utterly baffled. I then requested the return of my necklace, regardless of its repair status. Shockingly, I was met with the response that such a return wasn't feasible due to the necklace's absence from the shop. I even extended the offer to collect it from an alternate location, but once again, the owner denied this possibility. To my disbelief, I was subjected to defamatory language, with the owner resorting to calling me 'IGNORANT' during our escalating exchange.
Despite our altercation, the owner instructed me to revisit on the following day, August 22nd. I returned on the designated day to reclaim my necklace. My optimism quickly faded upon inspection as I realized that the originally requested repairs had been executed inadequately as he had repaired areas of the necklace I specifically told him not to touch.
In the end, I did retrieve my necklace, yet I find it imperative to share this account as a cautionary tale for the potential clients of this establishment. Regrettably, the owner displays a pattern of disregarding client preferences while maintaining an unacceptable level of rudeness.

I was unhappy with the the final result because the font used for the wording did not match the font used for our wedding date (one was script and the second was block). My negative review is not due to the engraving itself but due to the events which occurred after I expressed my concern. First, the owner called me “picky” and proceeded to point his finger in my direction. I calmly asked him to stop and questioned if we can angage in a solution focused manner. He refused to do so and continued to call me “picky” throughout the conversation. Second, the owner made a call to the engraver and placed him on speaker. The technician stated when engraving dates there are only two fonts available - script and block. This was not communicated to me at the time I placed the order. When I questioned why, the owner said “How am I supposed to know all the details of what is available?” and walked away. I attempted to re-engage the owner in next steps to rectify the situation. He refused to approach, called me picky, and only returned with his card machine to recieve payment.

Unfortunately, they had already sold it, and they explained why they never re-ordered. I decided to stay and look because even when they didn't have the ring, the young lady took the time to show me other rings. Usually, other stores would say they don't have it and walk away. She, on the other hand, wanted to at least show me what they had available. I decided to look at the watches they had and a gentleman help me as well. The young lady was good at observing my interest because she immediately pointed out that I wanted a watch with a leather band. This helped deduct it to a couple of watches, and then I found this beautiful Giorgio Milano watch. I felt super happy with the purchase and excited to give my fiance his gift.
