This review is long overdue. Iāve been client of Kim for almost 7+ years now since 2018- always getting my hair done by Kim. I want to give Kim a huge shoutout for consistently taking great care of me, whether itās coloring or cutting my hair. Heās an excellent listener who truly understands the look or style you want. If thereās anything youāre not happy with, heāll quickly accommodate and fix it.
Kim takes his time to do your hair right, showing incredible patience and passion for his work. My hair coloring process takes nearly 3-4 hours, which can be tiring, but itās always worth it. Despite the long sessions, Kim never seems bothered or upset. I usually opt for Balayage, which is quite time-consuming, so I make sure to have a free day when I get my hair done. The results last a long time sometimes up to a year and a half or more so I donāt waste my time with any other salons. Kim is my go to person. I have also posted my hair color treatment throughout the many years I have known Kim and he did all of them And every time I left as HAPPY customer!
Price: First of all your hair is an investment. It is one of the first things people will see when they meet you. So definitely work with a professional stylist who can understand and can style your hair. Depending on your hair/type/color/style etc you have and want to do.. price can range $100-300+. Again do Consult with Kim so he can provide you the best advice for your hair type so he can give a good deal!
Due to new management at the business, (previously worked at Cutting Crew) Kim now freelances. If you want to work with him, be sure to make an appointment based on his schedule. I love my hair and love getting it done by him. God bless Kim! May he live long life because my hair needs him! š Haha thank you Kim...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live nearby and wanted a quick cut for a last minute night out. The salon is impeccably clean, well-apppinted, with very stylish decor, and all new equipment. I had very long thin naturally curly hair, so I am always wary about getting my hair cut. The hair stylist--Ryan-- made me feel super comfortable and welcome. I was offered water or tea. Going in, I had a lot of dead ends, and decided to chop off about 4 inches into a shoulder-length bob. Ryan did a great job of taking a lot of the damage off while making the cut feel long---it was shorter in the back and angled down in the front. I was so happy with the end results--and got A LOT of compliments. I returned to get my roots colored, and once again after that for half-head highlights. I have very dark hair he did a great job of toning the color to make sure the blonde looked perfect (in the past I've had highlights that just looked orange). I've been satisfied with their service during every visit. Their prices are very reasonable--if not great--for the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was told I needed to wash and shampoo my hair despite letting them know that I washed my hair the night before. I told them to just spray it but again I was told that it needs to be washed, an extra +$20 (I didnāt realize that until after my hair cut). My hair wasnāt dirty, oily or styled in anyway so it shouldāve been fine. I asked for long layers at the ends of my hair and ended up with something that looks like a Wolfcut. I also got my bangs trimmed and theyāre waaay too short and also uneven . My hair is much thinner in the back now too. I didnāt realize how much my hair didnāt look like the photo because he curled my hair after ( I didnāt ask for styling). It wasnāt until I washed my hair that night...
