The STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL, what kind of barbershop that opens at 9 and says they barbers only come in for appointments meanwhile thereās no indication STATING APPOINTMENTS ONLY ON THE WEBSITE NOR ON THE GOOGLE PAGE. It lets you schedule an appointment but DOES NOT SAY APPOINTMENTS ONLY. I waited outside with my TWO SONS on graduation day to get a cut WHOLE Time the Cashier GUY and some guy in the back with dreads just watch us stand in the sun for about 15-20 mins Not men not men of the 90s gotta be upset or something to see a lady and two kids outside knowing your newly added stipulations for a cut . And then finally 9am we walk in he says do we have an appointment I said no he said well itās only one barber and heās waiting on his appointment . I asked HOW LONG THE WAIT WAS HE states HE COULDNāT SAY . Itās a scam oF a business and honestly on this side of Brooklyn you mine as well go to BEDSTUY AND GET AN ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL CUT. SMH I wouldnāt have wrote this but I had time today since I gotta do my sons cut by...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe last haircut I received was DEFINITELY not what I asked for. However, that was entirely my fault. I allowed another barber to cut my hair. He totally misunderstood what I asked for. I wanted the back and sides cut short and faded, and the top only half taken off and flat. He cut my hair so short that it will probably be six months or more before before my hair will grow out enough to get it cut the way it should be. When you travel more than 2 hours from The Bronx to Brooklyn, then you need to get exactly what you ask for. I will NEVER get my haircut by another barber again, but I will continue to go to First Impressions as long as my barber is employed there, not taking a chance on anyone else again. I think next time I go, I'll have my barber take photos of the haircut, all angles, should I be brazen enough to trust another barber again. I was totally disappointed with my haircut and literally...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here for a haircut with the barber David...was not worth the overpriced 40 dollars that was charged. He was very aggressive in behavior and impersonal throughout. The staff was not welcoming at all either. When someone walks into your shop, pick your head up from looking at your phone or stop looking at the tv and greet your guest/customer! With this current pandemic continuing to chokehold us all financially, if someone is going to pay 40 dollars for a mediocre haircut, then make it worth the customers while. Respect your business, your customer and more importantly...your people! Thereās no telling where the rest of this pandemic will take us in the next couple of months. Especially if you are a small business owner. Your customer service should be at the highest level right now. Period.
The host was very kind however, Iād give him his own 5...
