Ital Fusion — Restaurant in New York

Didn't have a great experience. I was walking home and saw the restaurant and had been always meaning to go in so today I did . I had never been to the restaurant before and was asking questions about the food, like what's in this and what's in that . Maybe they felt like I was asking too many questions, but like I said I had never been there before. Anyway I felt like the young man behind the counter was rude , because he was very dismissive of me so I just quickly bought what looked okay which was a soup and left . I was actually buying the soup for my father . My father is in a restrictive diet and I have been looking for restaurants that he can go to but alas the rudeness was uncalled for . I Won't be back.

As a note to the restaurant : for the future if a customer comes in and doesn't know ur menu and your restaurant it is your job to say hello and introduce them to the menu .Tell them about the bestsellers or ask them if they like spicy food or mild food or whatever the case may be . Oh boy…where do I begin. My partner and I are just passing through town in need of a bite and this place delivered everything and more. He eats meat+cheese+etc. I’ve eaten vegan since 2019 and have been let down a LOT. Not so with this place! Both of us received heaping portions sampling a bunch of their offerings. I ate seitan, chana masala, collard greens, some veggies, and what seemed to maybe be a creamed kale? He got okra, rice, greens, and a serving of their real/non-vegan Fish. He commented that this is the best breakfast he’s had in a while and I couldn’t agree more.

In and out the door in under 10 minutes, each with the aforementioned dishes plus a drink each, all $35. Are you kidding? I’d WALK here from my home in Chicago to eat it again. 35 dollars that’s crazy cheap for how good it was.

Ital Fusion does not truly value the vegan lifestyle and they are not there to help vegans (italists) find food in a society where they are outcasted. They set up shop to attract and rob vegans. This is why they sell fish, macaroni and cheese, and many other animal products. FAR FROM ITAL! Ital Fusion has to be a joke. Can you believe that a $4 meatless meal is being sold for $7 there? This is just rice and two sides of veggies! I am a very unhappy vegan with one less place that I can find food. This is not how to run a business. If you guys were genuine, you would have very loyal vegan customers as there are not many other options for such people. Instead you guys are thieves and liars.
