This place takes advantage of people in need of quick cash who have to pawn valuables by giving you an unrealistic payback percentage rate. And they charge you for storage fees because their store is still going under maintenance and the electronic items must be sent to a storage space upstate. Now how or why would that ever be a person in needs concern when the primary function is pawning. Then they tried to make me pay 120 on a 80$ loan in one week. The worst customer service ever. Walked in no one acknowledged me at all until the manager Felix advised they should! Teller, out right rude with little to no information abt the policy changes when asked and gave back incorrect change with no reserve abt the error, almost as if intentional. Smh. Manager Felix was very helpful in explaining what changes have taken place and how to proceed moving forward.
