So I originally started my flavor journey when I saw a cool add, about these mints and quickly went to the comments, to see if what they had claimed with their flowers found in the amazon to be true, And sure enough I saw many people with positive feed back. After That I messaged their customer support as I wanted certain flavors and was actually allergic to one of them, (cinnamon) so I asked for help in getting a set of 3 I could enjoy. (A couple days go by) And I recieve my Package, (Flavor town awaits) the first flavor I tried was watermelon. straight away, I noticed this electric like, buzzing in my mouth, Somewhat reminiscent of a fizz candy I used to eat/ maybe a poprock almost, But in a whole new way. next I tried mint, Followed up by lemon. My mouth didn’t know what to do, It was just excited that it had something new to experience, But I will tell you right now their flavors are very good and do pack a punch for as small as the mint is. Overall I would give their company as a whole so far, a 9/10 The only thing they can improve on is variety of flavors, and the options to pick your own 3 flavors, or so. Horrible customer service. Never received my package (USPS failed) and I contacted them on the day it was supposedly delivered to see what they could do...3 days later they responded asking for my address (that is clearly stated on the shipment) to open an investigation, and now 5 days later offering a replacement for a FEE + shipping and inventory fees (what the heck are they kidding...and that should have been offered the first response) ...plus no refund offered for my package that was not delivered. They told me I could file a claim--what they don't realize is they have the package insurance info for me to submit the claim -- they are an absolute hassle, over here jumping through hoops unnecessarily when they could have resolved it already if they knew what good customer service was.

Rarely do I have shipment issues, and in the past every other small business tells me to wait a few more days/week and they gladly replace my order and just ask if it does end up showing up way later to ship it back to them (which I totally would no problem).
