This place is RACIST. They accused my aunt who is a black woman of stealing Ice cream that she had previously purchased at the nearby Target with NO PROOF. If it wasn’t because she had her receipt on her who knows what would have happened. As she was checking out the cashier who was ringing her called security who then searched her bag. She showed them her receipt and the unintelligent security said that there was no ice cream on the receipt because it said “Häagen-Dazs” and not “ice cream”. Insisting that my aunt was stealing the security even claimed that her receipt only showed 4 tubs of ice cream and that my aunt had 6. I’ll post a picture of the receipt to prove that the man can not read.The audacity! My aunt also insisted that they show her the surveillance video of her doing such thing and they obviously couldn’t so they let her go because they felt dumb. They humiliated her for no reason over something that didn’t happen. I regularly shop here as it’s near our home but obviously that will no longer happen. Don’t come here, you risk being accused of stealing especially if you are black and/or Hispanic

UPDATE: The owner responded and is claiming that I left a review for the wrong supermarket. NOPE. I very much know this is the correct supermarket. The super market that is racist is called Fei Long and it’s the one that was once a Western Beef on college point blvd. How dare you try to gaslight me. So now not only are your employees racist the owner doesn’t take any accountability. That looks so bad on your part. Your were better off...

Great to have a market with ample parking in flushing. Everything is neat, clean and fresh. I especially like the open floor plan of the meat department so I can see how the butcher cuts up the meats. There’s literally everything you can think of here - fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood, aisles of sauces, pickles, noodles, dried goods. Eggs/dairy in the back and freezers full of ice cream, hotpot ingredients and a lot more variety of foods that I’ll have to...

It's another big Chinese supermarket.. nothing special for this area. Looks like and has the same products as the other 6 Chinese supermarkets within a 2-4 block radius. Western Beef was the only place you could get good bread, deli cold cuts, cheese, coffee, or anything not Chinese in this area and now it's gone. Feel like this isn't a good development for...
