Updating this review about a year and a half later…I still love it here, I’ve been going to classes 2-3x a month and I’m seeing improvements for sure. I’m a professional dancer yet I am consistently humbled by the challenging workout and new coordination that pole requires. Each of the instructors are fun, patient, helpful, and bring their personality to class; I’ve notably taken several classes with Coleen, Emily C, Alicia, Tresa, and Nikey, and each one of them is such a pleasure. Looking forward to continuing my pole journey at Full Circle!!
Took Tresa’s intro class on Sunday, it was my first ever pole class, and I LOVED IT!!!! I cannot wait to go back!! She did an amazing job explaining the movements and giving tips to make it less intimidating. She’s also super funny and just a great presence. If you’re considering taking a pole class, THIS IS YOUR SPOT!!! 10/10 five stars, I’ve been telling all my friends to go to...
Read moreI’ve been taking classes for about a month and like how the studio is CLEAN and spacious. The instructors are great with their own teaching style. It seems like there’s something for everyone here.
My only gripe is that classes can get pretty full and multiple people end up having to share poles. I wish they would cap the class at a smaller size so that everyone can get individual attention and practice on the pole. They really do try to pack the class and I feel like it takes away from the experience. It can get super awkward when your partner is not keen to sharing (totally understandable when you’re learning a new skill) or if you need more guidance.
This is not a fault of the studio, but there’s no way to tell if people have you in their recording, which always makes me really uncomfortable. I’ve heard one instructor remind people to get consent, but I’ve personally never...
Read moreI was really looking forward to trying out this studio and reconnecting with pole dance after some time away. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I arrived just a couple of minutes past their grace period to an intro class and was told I couldn’t join. While I understand the importance of punctuality and safety, the rigid policy felt unwelcoming, especially for someone hoping to find a supportive community.
I have prior experience in pole and was eager to get back into it, but instead, I left feeling turned away rather than encouraged. A little flexibility or even a conversation about alternatives would have made a big difference. I was hoping for a space that values inclusivity and understanding, and unfortunately, this wasn’t it for me.
When I arrived the place also looked PACKED, I don’t know where would they stick me if I was...
