If I could give this company 0 stars I most definitely will. In August of 2020 I went to this place off the strength of my sister. I spent $3700 on a couch, a defective mirror and defective bed. First came the couch (beautiful) mirror was defective from only two lights(suppose to be 3) working to later seeing the crack in the corner which explains why the plug for this expensive $600 mirror was not in the box. It was fine because I didn’t notice the crack til two weeks later so I took that L. What I won’t accept is paying $1000 for a bed I had to wait a month for, for them to first send and set up the wrong bed so now I wait another week to get a bed that’s coming apart on both sides. I should of known better then to shop with this company my sisters bed from this company was defective and my mother who has the same exact bed from this company fell through her bed. The difference with my mom and sister they replaced it. I called the store 10 times. 5 of those times was before I actually spoke to him (Amhad/ Store Manger) when I did he was very nice asking to send him pictures claiming someone was coming the next day to check it out. He says call at 11am to remind him( which I shouldn’t have to do) but I did anyway. 11am I call he is with a customer I will relay the message( what’s the sales woman stated on the phone). 2:30 pm comes I text him hey around what time. Nothing, 4:30 I call the store he’s with a customer so I ask $3700 doesn’t make me a customer(talking to the same woman) a man then takes the phone screaming at me telling me to call back in 30 minutes. I will never waste my time calling this disgusting company again. I would much rather take my time to worn everyone about this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Last year I was so excited to get new furniture and that they offered financing without credit. When my sectional arrived to my house, they found that it could not make it up the stairs. They did not tell me how big the actual pieces were or to measure my hallways or that there would be an extra $400 charge to take it apart and put it back together. Or that the company they use to do this is terrible at what they do and destroyed the actual structure of the couch. In our house, there are three of us. A very low key 11 year old girl, my husband and myself. No kids, no pets, no parties, just sitting and watching tv in the evenings. The fabric started coming out of where the company cut it - ugly. but the BOARDS between seats are so painful to sit on, no cushion, terrible quality and this was one of the more expensive units @ $1700. I am devastated. I reached out MULTIPLE times because the lady that sold it to us said there was a 6 month warranty. The owner told me a few months later that there IS NO warranty. I am COMPLETELY out this money. I stopped paying because the couch is terrible. A year later, still no answers from them or resolve. They have no idea how this devasted us and...
