No stove for a year , the bulidings maintenance manager talks to you like your bothering him not to mention he has his son working with him another sarcastic joker this bulidings have gone down hill fast D rating from the city !! Had to change over to electric stoves because they destroyed the gas pipes when they remodel i say that with a side eye because everything they "supposedly fixed" or remodel was trash since they put in the kitchen cabinets broken refrigerators all breaking down they get the cheapest things they can get and charge us market rent! If i could give no stars I would and No one is helping us these bulidings are mainly older or disabled...

Haven’t had a stove in almost a year, gave out bull crap hot plates that break easily, it took me to call 311 for them to come fix my bathroom ceiling that was falling down & mold in my tub, always has water problems, haven’t had hot water for about a week now. They have changed so much, now it’s a rat problem throughout the courtyards. We are not allowed to use the courtyards nor the community room for anything else besides When someone has passed way.
