There was a mixup when ordering and I received a completely different order than what I was expecting. When I called the store to receive the correct order (I even offered to give back the order I had) when I spoke to a staff member she told me I had to speak to the manager. When I spoke to the manager and told her what the issue was she refused to take back the order and to send a new one. My husband is allergic to pecans and in his order was butter pecan ice cream when it was suppose to be cookie dough. If I hadn't noticed that my order was wrong and looked to see if his order was correct or wrong. He would have taken a bite and been in the hospital or god forbid passed away. Whenever I’m in the area, I stop by to get some ice cream, sundae, or milkshake. The shop is always clean and the smells of the waffle cones draw you in. Tons of great flavors to choose from and the cones are always fresh. There are also ice cream cakes for purchase. My only dislike about the ice cream cake is its all ice cream no actual cake. The associates are really friendly. They accept cash and debit or credit cards at this location. I believe you can even place an order for pickup through the apps. There was only one person in front of me as I patiently waited to be serviced. Another employee came from the back and disregarded me completely(a lady blonde hair) and proceeded to make her own milkshake. Assuming she was on lunch I ignored it but then she helped the very next person who walked in immediately and still ignored me seeing the shocked look on my face.
