Morabakery — Restaurant in New York

I ordered a tres leches cake from here as a first time customer. I sent a photo design and specified a color for the design I wanted and I called to make sure understood what I was looking for. When my cake was delivered, upon opening the box they gave me a completely different cake color. I was so upset because the cake was supposed to match the birthday theme and instead gave me a completely different design and did not follow instructions.

I called the next day to find out what happened as it wasn’t what I ordered and literally ruined the whole theme. Instead of offering some kind of partial refund or at least anything to make this right all I got was a “sorry but we get super busy and mistakes happen”. That is not how you make things right especially when I was a new customer and I would have continued to order but not anymore.
