I recently visited Genesis Skin Clinic for the first time on a friend’s recommendation, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. Despite not having made an appointment, I was warmly welcomed and taken care of by Kelly. Her professional and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease as she thoroughly explained the solutions for my skin concerns. The attention to detail, even down to offering me water, was impressive.

Kelly recommended the Exosome+ treatment tailored to my specific skin issues. She explained the procedure multiple times in great detail, ensuring that even someone with little knowledge of skincare like myself could understand. Unlike my previous experiences at other clinics where the focus seemed to be on selling the most expensive treatment, Kelly’s genuine concern for finding the best solution for my skin was evident.

I’ve had my first session of the Exosome+ treatment and was highly impressed by the meticulous care Kelly provided. She frequently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and not in pain, and emphasized the importance of aftercare by giving me comprehensive advice. The overall experience made me feel truly cared for. Although I initially thought the treatment seemed a bit pricey, the results and the quality of care justified the cost.

(Feb.1st)Ok, so today I’m gonna update the review due to an unpleasant experience I had, first of all, I want to clarify that the service and people are friendly to me at least, the reason I reduce the stars from five to three is because,

it’s the first time that I ever know I have to pay tips for a medical treatment and in a medical clinic,

I was told by manger that MTS service is kind of facial, Lasers service needs no tips,

Tips, totally fine, it’s nothing compared to those treatment, no matter it’s a spa or clinic, but should have told me before not after the treatment, I spent nearly $5k in a month and introduce two friends who spent $3700, how can I be a better customer here?

Today they sold me some products without asking and I also take them without any doubts because anyway I need some others products to use, why not supporting them if they offer good services.

I have bunch of treatment there not finished yet, but I still choose speak out, if I feel something, I say something. Again, no wrong with staff, but the policy and rules, maybe the owner should raise their wage or leave a board with “ tips not included” in front...

I went to Genesys to get a botox on my forehead, between the eye brows because my friend recommended it. It was my first time experiencing it and I was very excited it about too. They told me it will take about a week to two weeks to see the difference. Honestly, I didn’t have an issue with my forehead but what I mostly concern was between my eye brows that I want it to work. I read some of the reviews and seemed like they were happy with their results which it wasn’t my case. After a week passed, I didn’t see the difference. Even my colleagues and friends didn’t notice the difference. I was annoyed and frustrated. So I had to go back again, made an another appointment. He told me it did improved a little and wait to see another week. Now, I am into 3 weeks, no difference. I still see very clearly those 2 lines between my eye brows. I am very busy working woman and I don’t have time to go back to make an another appointment. But if those of you who wants to have botox on that parts, I suggest you can search for other clinic. I am pretty sure other treatments they are doing well and staffs were super friendly. But I don’t recommend Botox on between...
