Primo Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

It’s honestly such a shame I had to rate this place so low, being I constantly order from here and actually love the food. However, I had a bad experience and I will not order from here again. I attempted to order a pie online, after inputting my card information twice, the website kept saying my order did not go through. It was verterans day so I assumed they were closed being google said “holiday may effect these hours.” I ended up ordering from another place after seeing online that my order did not go through. Checked my email 15 minutes later to see that my order at primos in fact did go through despite the website stating there was an error. I immediately called the restaurant to explain the situation and was directed to the manager. I was basically told that “she didn’t know what to tell me, because the order did go through.” Had a horrible attitude. Made it seem like it was MY fault their website was down, and that I had to deal with it. She said that the pizza would be here any minute. I told her I didn’t want it because I had ordered elsewhere. After going back and forth with me, she rudely offered a refund. The food i have no complaints about. My problem is how nasty the staff always is, managers, girls who take orders, delivery guys, all the same, you can not even talk to them they are always on the defensive. My family and I stopped dealing with them over the same issues years ago. I gave them another try this year for a few months and food was still great, portions still good. My problem again is they screw up the outgoing orders and instead of working it out they get nasty, insisting it’s not their fault when indeeb it is. The food is actually good but BEWARE of the delivery guy. Rude disgusting and miserable! Makes me not ever want to order from there again. If I can’t physically come in I will never order from here again. Absolutely disgusting service ever single time. Specifically just the short dark tan man that always wears basketball clothing.
