If only I could give ZERO stars. My appoint was this past Thursday 4/4. I get to the building on time, ask security what floor it was on because that was never mentioned in any email to me. He said 7th, I go upstairs and all I see is an empty desk. I walk around into the other offices and asked somebody if this was the correct floor. She said yes but that she didn't know the room. I then called the number that 's on google and email confirmation and the lady over the phone said she'll " be right there". 2 minutes later she comes out of the staircase to lead me up to the 8th floor. I thought to myself how unprofessional and disorganized this was. My appointment was for a deep tissue massage. It really just ended up being an "intense" swedish massage. The lady's technique (her name was jenny) was awful. She didn't take her time to massage different parts of the body. She mostly concentrated the pressure on my back and shoulders. 3 days later and I am still unable to sleep well. I have a doctor's appointment because now my back pain is 10x worst. Do not go here if you're looking for quality and professionalism, especially for those of you who are athletic or going in due to previous trauma such as a broken bone. What a waste of...

I had the pleasure of visiting Grand Central/Spa which was an incredible experience. The ambiance /atmosphere was amazing and the environment was so clean. I booked this appointment for a surprise for my husband birthday, as soon as we get off the elevator we felt welcome immediately ,was greeted and directed to fill the form follow by complimentary water. After the form was filled we were directed straight to our couple massage room where my husband walk into staff singing happy birthday to him with cake and champagne and they also took a portrait picture. After we proceeded with the deep tissue massage, the skilled staff was ensuring our comfort throughout the session the benefit of that massage was so relaxing, It alleviate pain, stress and it improve our overall well-being. I appreciate and recommend the 2 amazing staff at Grand Central for there amazing touch. The knowledge, professionalism and skills are so incredible. I highly recommend anyone that are looking for skilled and a caring massage therapist. I will sure be returning. Thank You Grand Central and Staff. I had a very bad pain on my whole body regarding to my career. So i was recommended to come here by my good friend. At first i thought it could be like a lightly massage but i really need something that very intensive to make my pain goes away but whatever i just give it a try. When i got to the place... it was very nice and clean place more than I expected and the location is in the center of transportation that is Grand Central!! Amazing aroma that really relaxing me while i was getting a massage by a guy who is very nice and polite. He did really good job and always asked me how i feel and which part that i needed to be treated. His massage was intensive but not too hard which was perfect!!! I felt my body so relaxing and light after i had this body work. I was so happy and definitely will go back again at least once week. Oh also the price was reasonable compared to the area and service....
