Greenpoint Terminal Market — Local services in New York

Yesterday June 11, 2022 @ 1:30pm I visited this market. I was looking forward to shopping, eating, and having some fun. I got 2 tickets for the dance event but it was not as advertised. There was no dance event. DJ Manolo was there but he didn't even know how to set up the music. It was scheduled for 1:30pm and I left at 3:10pm. They didn't start playing music until after 2:30 but he kept stopping the music and having issues. I requested a song and he said he would play it but never did. He was very unfriendly. Dope open Air Market with a beautiful view!! Lots of Great Vintage vendors and food vendors!! Custom masks, paintings, posters, vinyl records, vintage clothes! They always have great DJs and live bands. On Saturdays they usually have a roller skate event with really good music. Whoever runs this thing is doing the community such a great service! Especially after being cooped up because of the pandemic! It's one of my weekend routines to head to the market...

Cool outdoor market! Aside from the vendors they also sometimes have fun events like a roller rink and a doggie fashion show.

I’ve only been twice so far, months apart, so I don’t know if the vendors stay fairly constant or if they’re switched up a lot. Last time they were mostly vintage clothing and some small home wares. The hot sauce vendor was fantastic though.
