Studio Pilates in Harlem is hands down the best Pilates studio I have ever been to. I love everything about it. They are true leaders in the industry. The studio has 8 to 10 flat screens throughout the space so you can easily follow each movement, while Alexandra and Miko walk around and help correct your form.

No other studio I have tried takes such a smart and modern approach to instruction. In most classes, people end up watching their neighbors to figure things out, but not here. The guidance is clear, the instruction is excellent, and the studio itself is beautiful.

Another pilates/yoga studio near Columbia University’s campus that I reached out to was very rude and not honoring of the prices posted on their website so, I looked for another place to patron. Harlem Pilates IS THE PLACE!!! I will be recommending them to all of my local friends, my air bnb host, and for my daughter when she attends university here. Scheduling was easy! Online rates were clear and easy to book promotional packages (as well as all other packages). Pam was super sweet. I couldn’t be happier to have done this morning my first class at Harlem Pilates to have such a charming and professional studio next to my place is just fantastic.

This morning I did a class with Brienne d’Amaro and behind those pretty eyes it was no jokes! She was careful on checking all the time our positions to make sure that we were getting all the strength of her exercises.

Tiffany Mason the owner beside her rocking body has all the warmth of Harlem in her petit figure. She has decorated the place in the most charming way you feel at home.
