I had a terrible experience getting my engagement ring "fixed" here. I went to get a resizing to a smaller size and I was told it would be done within the same day so I returned and they told me I would have to wait til tomorrow. I wasn't comfortable with this because something seemed off so I asked for my ring back so I could take it somewhere else, but they said it was cut already so I left it and they gave me a similar ring to hold until the next day. My fiancee picked it up the next day. Everything looked good but within the week two gems had fallen out of the ring. I let a couple weeks go by because I was busy with work. When I finally took the ring back to get fixed (because clearly the gems fell out from whatever happened while it was getting resized there) they told my fiancee and showed him where I had allegedly hit the ring which caused the gems to fall out. And they charged us another fee to fix it instead of taking responsibility for causing the damage to the ring. I would never go here again. My ring was completely fine (just too big) before I took it here. I only had it for a month before I took it to get resized and right after the resizing is when the gems started...

This store is everything, starting with no lines to be assisted because I am inpatient and will walk pass a line before I stand on it. Moving on to the positive inviting end they greeted me with making me feel welcome and comfortable to shop. They were very attentive, patient and helpful. Shopping at the 125th location is such a vibe making it an awesome experience, they serve you wine and the sales representatives treat you as if they’re your friend shopping with you making it a fun enjoyable time. Every employee I must say is very pleasant, made sure I was good. There are no lines down the block, the store is upscale, very clean with lovely decor. They aim to meet your needs and yes the prices and sales are great. This store is official, If you need jewelry and want a great experience you must shop at this location. This is definitely my go to jewelry store from here on. I wasn’t into Pandora but this experience got me hyped to go back and fill up on charms, rings and necklaces. Thank you to all employees that assisted me in my purchases and engravings....

Tried to use my military discount, lady said we do honor it. Showed my ID, made my purchase, went home an looked at the online receipt. Discount wasn't applied. Called to ask if they can just put the discount back on my debit card. Was told I had to come back in for that. Went back the next day, they said I have to bring the items back in for the discount. I asked why they didn't tell me that over the phone? I want the items, had the emailed receipt. Why bring in the merch when it can just be applied to my card? Oh yeah, store opened at 10AM, clerk didn't get there till almost 11. When she arrived, had to call manager on the phone to asked if the discount can be applied to a further purchase🙄🙄 Bottom line, check your paperwork BEFORE you leave the store!!!! My bad.
