I sometimes find an item somewhere on the internet which piques my curiosity. I'll take a chance that it'll be that special something I want to have, and use, either as a new item, or to replace an old tried and true item with something totally new!

That was the case with HARRY'S Razors ... I had ordered one of their new razors, mainly because I had used the shaving options I currently utilize for years ... and while the tried and true ones seemed to serve my needs well, sometimes new options may be worthwhile. (However, times and things change, and without checking somehow, there is no way to say that what someone has been using still provides the best answers.)

In any event, HARRY'S had established me as a new user and scheduled recurring deliveries of HARRY'S items. And, lo and behold, the first recurring shipment arrived ... to meet the delivery of the initial recurring shipment! I e-mailed the fine folks at HARRY'S (at 3:01 PM) and received not one but TWO e-mails, the first simply notifying me that my e-mail had been received and that I could expect additional communication! And it less than a minute, a second e-mail also arrived from Tiffany!

In her reply, she addressed my concerns, provided a couple of possible satisfactory solutions and asked me to let her know how my concerns could be addressed. Then Tiffany e-mailed me again, at 9:02 PM ... but not nagging ... that she was concerned and wanted to see what HARRY'S could do ... for me! (Now, that's...

Harry’s is pro-LE and military (free shipping to APO which is HUGE) which I appreciate. I have just finished my first week with the Harry’s razor. It is superb quality and the handle/blade are ergonomically made for comfort and precision. It doesn’t pull and even after 7 days of use, it is just as sharp as the first shave. Impressive!

I also purchased the Post Shave lotion and the Sculpting Hair Gel. The shave lotion is perfect for application right after the shave. It isn’t greasy or so thick where it stays on your fingers and hands. It blends right into the face with a fresh and soothing feeling.

The hair gel is also superb. You do not need a lot to have your hair hold all day and into the night. It rinses right off of your hands after application and holds the hair as advertised with no flaking.

I am extremely happy I switched to Harry’s and my other family members are using the blades too! I called and had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from a company. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as they answered all of my questions and assisted me with setting up my account and well as my other family members accounts too. Wow, it really is refreshing to support a company like Harry’s.

I have purchased for body gel, face wash, shampoo, razors, face lotion and after-shave lotion. The ordering is easy and they are very easy to deal with. I even really enjoy the wit that is displayed in the ads and the special marketing things they do. Reason for my review...I am compelled to make a statement on a couple of these products and while I think nothing will change, nor do I expect it, I have to offer my opinions on a couple of the products. Face wash is a wonderful product but not enough product for the price. Body gel...love it, wish there was a choice of a body gel with some type exfoliating grains. Face lotion and after shave lotion do not have enough lotion in the product. I am reverting back to soap for my face which is far less expensive and most likely does the same good job. So this review is not to be mistaken for the product not being good but more for the lack of product and what you pay to get the amount they include. Now I feel better and will continue to order the products I feel are priced closer to reality. Keep up the good work but know I feel strongly about getting more product...
