Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I definitely plan to tweet about my experiences here. I placed an order and included special instructions to call my cell phone when they arrive. I even included the hotel room number to where I was staying. I spent the better part of an hour looking at the pizza tracker so I would not miss the driver. When my pizza tracker said the pizza was delivered I went downstairs to meet the driver. There was no driver..I waited outside for twenty minutes and still nothing. I called the store who initially claimed there was no order. Once I gave my number he was able to pull up the information. He told me the order was cancelled. I asked them to send another pizza. He asked me to place a new order. Hung up. I walked over there and the guy behind the counter told me there was nothing he could do. My refund better be in my account faster then they ate my pizza. unorganized...poorly run...dirty...I am relieved I didnt get my pizza... order at your own risk... SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. UGH...

I ordered from the app of papa johns on january 19th 2020, at 11:20 pm for 2 mediums when papajohns is literally 20 blocks away from me, the app estimated the delivery time to be 32-42 minutes. So, at 12:15 i still never recieved the pizza i decided to call. When i confromted the clerk about the order he started to get loud and obnoxious and kept on talking over me, he hung up the phone on me twice when i asked for a confirmation of my order. He did not even ask me for my conifrnation number. He then lies and saya the tracker was broken on the app and how the app says its been delivered when i never received my pizza and he lies saying they are gonna refund me the money. Do not go here if you want to be robbed, papa johns jeeds to firee whoever is at the phone at the jight shift on januray 19th 2020 because the he showed no professionalism and was...

i usually dont write reviews but this particular situation upset me. i was ordering from uber eats when this happened: i ordered two pies and waited for the order to be completed when i got a notification saying they were "completed hours ahead" or something akin to that. anyway, it said it was completed but no one was delivering my food and the location suddenly closed and was no longer accepting orders. so i really didnt know who to contact. i tried contacting the store--they never answered. and judging by the reviews i dont know why they're even still in business if all they're doing is stealing people's money. anyway, had to get a refund from uber eats. i got it but it wasnt what i paid in total. so...
