Disappointing experience from Zurich to Chicago. Food is on the level of cheapest TV dinners, plane ok but crew annoyed that they have to be there. When I got up to stretch by the toilet area, one female attendant told me its against US laws for passengers to be there? Plane is Swiss territory and nothing to do with US laws. Annoying people in Zurich airport, asking for purpose of my trip, twice! Not their business anyway. Lot to learn from airlines like...

Extremely low standard customer service. Do NOT fly with them!!! I called to change my ticket several times and first one got disconnected after waiting for over half an hour for the consultant to tell me that the next available time is on June 2023??? (9 months from now). The next few times my call was forwarded to 3 different consultants without informing me what is going on and still did not help change my flight. Very...

I am surprised that Swiss Airlines would be near the top of my "worst airlines" list, but here we are. The customer service does not know how the company website works, cancelling a flight is literally impossible, and there is an overall atmosphere of chaos. I wasted so much time simply trying to get my money back on a refundable flight....
