EDIT: Been coming here for 2 years and always had a great experience (read below). Now there's a different lady with glasses working and she's awful. I've been threaded by her twice. The most recent time, she made my chin heavily bleed because she was so rough. I've been getting threaded for a decade and that's never happened before. She also insists I get my facial hair lasered... If I see her working when I stop by, I will be going elsewhere. Seriously dissatisfied.

Great service! I get my full face threaded and my eyebrows always come out looking amazing! I'm not sure what she does differently but it's definitely less painful I've been to other places especially in Manhattan where the women will make snide remarks about how I let my facial hair grow out too much, but no one here has ever said anything rude to me It's a no frills place but I've never been disappointed Definitely will keep...

I went in to try the eyelash extension service for a wedding I was attending over the weekend. I’ve gotten my eyelashes done at a few different places and decided to try Hira out since they’re so close to where I live now. Tika did an amazing job! My lashes looked long and pretty without looking fake like other places can do when they make them way too thick. When a few lashes fell off after a couple days (which is normal, but noticeable on my eyes so I went back in), she fixed them up for me right away. Will definitely be going here from now on. I’ve been going here for over a year now for threading, and threading only, and loved it. Yesterday I went and the woman suggested we wax my sideburn area and then do threading. I only wanted threading and she said it would be painful so let’s do wax. I reluctantly agreed and assumed she would do a small strip on my sideburns. Nope. Now I have this burn on my face only where she waxed and now have to ensure it doesn’t get infected. It’s very upsetting because I liked and trusted this place and won’t be returning.
