Just the worse customer service everrrrrr I wouldn’t buy there no matter what happens. I was there on Saturday the 10th and I bought a few decorations for my friend baby shower and went home, I came back after an hour to return one of the product I bought and the lady in the shop was just unresponsive.

1. she said that they don’t allow return, helll what??? It’s 2024! I think it’s even not legal!
2. Then she showed me a covered* sign that says that this is their policy, covered* again. I was so mad and disappointed, it felt like I’ve been scammed, without even mentioning how absurd the prices are.

Petite angel of a person my gf went in there this afternoon 45 minutes prior to their closing time and came home crying. She set out to get some blue envelopes. Seems simple enough and the right store to go to right? Guy in store was mean to her she said. She said first thing he said to her was that he was closing. She said he was tall and kept telling her if she didn’t see it they don’t have it. She explained that she was short and asked for his help since she couldn’t see the top shelves. He repeated himself, same words. She said ok but do you guys make blue envelopes? Same words, she left empty handed. We shant be patronizing this...

Friendly staff, amazing stock of party supplies and truly a local gem that has been in the neighborhood for over 30 years. People complaining about prices - this is NYC, one of the most expensive cities in the world. The prices are reasonable for NYC standards. People complaining about balloons deflating and popping....that’s what balloons do. The employees aren’t going to follow you around preserving your balloons. Eye roll to the max. Support small local...
