I had a very positive experience working with the owner's family. The owner's wife treated me with great kindness, often going out of her way to bring homemade food for me. It felt like I was treated as one of the family, which I truly appreciated. The owner also showed a lot of generosity by bringing food for me on several occasions when I was too busy to step out.

The owner's son was incredibly polite and humble, and he took the time to help me learn about the machinery, which made my work much easier. Overall, the family’s friendliness and support created a very welcoming environment.

However, I did encounter some challenges when it came to the payment process. There were times when the owner would only mention issues regarding payment at the last minute, usually at the close of the day, which made it difficult for me to plan ahead. Ideally, these matters could have been addressed earlier, either in the morning or a day in advance, allowing me to manage my schedule better.

Additionally, the owner insisted on shifting to a monthly payment structure, repeatedly asking why I preferred weekly payments. Despite my preference, I felt some pressure to agree to the change, which was uncomfortable for me.

Extremely rude guy at the front desk, I asked him to print double-sided and he refused because first he said they DONT have double-sided, then he said he can’t do double-sided since they’re images, and lastly that it’s out of his convenience so why should he print double-sided if it’s not a pdf. I asked him why he didn’t just ask me to make it a pdf instead of doing what he wants. Of course no response. To end it he charged $3 for 2 color one-sided pages and 2 black and white one-sided pages. Absolute scam of pricing. The previous management was way better, such nice people. If there’s anyone above this guy please train your staff better and if he’s the owner I can see this place going out of business soon. Congrats on the extra $1-2 you made.

IJ Creative saved the day for me. I had ordered a banner for my daughter’s birthday through Walgreens website and after a week they emailed me saying the order was cancelled. My sister in law recommended IJ Creative. I quickly rushed here and they sat down with me and patiently created a customized banner.
