this place has good peruvian food compared too not much good food going on in this area, I love peruvian food its very flavorful but ive tried better. Unfortunately friday 5/2/2025 i swore would be the last time i set foot in there or place an order with them, SAD to say but seems like Magement is not aware of the HORRIBLE NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE they are providing to the spending Clientele. Manual always has a NASTY order while taking it over the phone. i never got my food delivered at my home as per said from when i called saying i got a text message from delivery guy never got a ring in door or phone, i call back asking for the food. getting nasty over the phone a lady stating the guy manuel and morning shift just left. that its not her problem , if i want the food call the next day or go in person to pick it up MIND YOU this is the second time this happens i was trying to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt by the 1st time it happened but again , there is NO WAY I WOULD EVER GO BACK OR ORDER AGAIN. POOR HORRIBLE SERVICE OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. I ORDER ON PHONE SINCE IN PERSON THE SECOND YOU WALK IN THEY STARE AT YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL UNWELCOME. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS STRESSED ME WASTING MY MONEY. but thankfully i wont have to deal with horrible miserable people not enjoying Hospitality. i would rather go all the way to 88th ave and Sutphin Blvd. where you find Excellent Customer Service and Delicious Colombian Fresh Food, from Breakfast , lunch Dinner and Desserts. at ''NUTRIPAN''. I had ordered in advance . The wait of my order was supposed to be around 30-45min . After that I had called a few times wondering was had happened with my order . Placed order around 12pm , it was even 1:30pm and the girl who takes the order did not have a clue where was the delivery guy. My food never reached at home . 1hr 30 min wait and no response . I had to cancel the order . My account has not even been credited yet . This has been the worst customer service that I have experienced in my whole life . Una experiencia mala en este lugar en específico, porque mi persona a visitado los otros lugares y ni una queja de los que están en sunnyside, Jackson heights, . Aquí en Hillside Ave no es primera vez que la comida no me lo dan fresca si no también tibio. Llegue a ordenar 1- sopa de gallina , 1 sopa ala minuta, Un combo grande que es pollo papas arroz no se que mas. Lo llame por teléfono la orden para llevar y cuando llegue tuve que esperar unos 27 minutos por reloj,

La sopa todo tibio y la grasa estaba encima y se ve que era calentado porque vi cuando lo metieron el micro ondas, ósea no es fresco.

La sopa ala minuta Pura papá y fideo y unos cuantos trozos de carne, no se pasen! Que cara duras !!!! Y cuando pedí la orden del pollo especifiqué que quería aparte de pierna , ahora en otros establecimiento peruanos y en especial en el de Sunnyside te lo conceden pero Ojo por un precio mas y me parece bien,

Pero la señorita en el counter me dijo que no pueden hacer eso porque aveces no sale bien y se quedan con puras pechugas, y me parece muy mal esa es usa porque como un cliente no tiene que saber eso eso es algo que el management lo controlé y hagan bien el portion control.

Muy mal me parece y espero que el dueño que para en Sunnysode vea esto y le ponga mas atención a su negocio y quería saber porque los request si se puede en algunos y en los otros no ??

2 years later .. 2/27/24 vine a comer para darles otra oportunidad y leche de tigre con cebolla en cuadros, pedi leche de tigre Pescado y me viene mixto ( eso es para abundar) asu que me asaltaron.
