CUSTOMER BEWARE!! UNDERCOOKED FOOD!! GOT ME BADLY SICK THE NEXT DAY!! if i could give a zero i would, i have ordered their chicken sandwich before, noticed it was pink. that is unfit for consumption and could get customers sick. that is a clear food safety issue. i gave this place a second chance and specifically told them to cook it well and make sure it isnt pink- well you can guess...it was still pink and i had already eaten some of it. this is clearly a pattern. thats also not the end of it, they made me wait nearly 2hrs for an online order and still managed to forgot part of the order! that is simply ridiculous, its clear nobody is paying attention and nobody cares what they are doing. nobody bothers to make sure their food is safe to eat or bother to implement measures to avoid this. people should not eat here just based on its negligent attitude. i had also ordered the wings, their wings are covered in sauce and you cant tell if those are cooked fully either. called the place to tell them i got sick, and there was no concern for this on their part, didnt sound worried or asked why or how. normally you would want to ask why and apologize. no apologies, no change in tone and in fact they have kept putting off giving my refund, didnt stay on the line for 2 minutes and told me to call back. it was obvious they wanted me off the phone quick because they couldnt be bothered! i call back and again i explain and again they dont resolve the issue and dont call me back. again i call and yet AGAIN they have not resolved the issue or sound concerned, they make me wait again and tell me to wait again. spoke to 3 people and not one has helped me!! do they think this is a joke? it should be your upmost priority!! this place is testing my patience! how patient do you expect me to be? i have been calm and patient despite the fact that this place got me sick! that is too much waste of my time! you can take my money and yet expect me to wait forever to get what is mine? this place is irresponsible and has horrible staff. no customer service skills and only have excuses!! I wouldnt want anyone in good conscience go here because they simply dont care! and you pay the price!! i cant trust this place and recommend you NOT to go here. i think improvement and being better is above the paygrade for this place. go at...

I am a very patient person and I usually don't write bad reviews but this was a really bad experience.I had placed an order for delivery on March 29th for an order of wings and burgers for myself and my family. I had made the order through delivery.com at 7:30PM. My expected delivery would be around 8:30. I call around 8:20 and the lady asked for my order and she said my order isn't ready yet. She said she is gonna a make it now and will call me back 5 minutes. At this point I knew that my order would probably come by 9. No call in the next 5 minutes so I proceeded to call 15 minutes later. The same lady picked up and asked for my name and transferred me over to her manager. Manager said my order did not go through the system and their delivery driver didn't notify them of the order which was very weird. She apologized and said the order will be made in the next 15 to 20 minutes and then another 15 to 20 minutes to deliver as my location was nearby. As a consolation, she offered one free item which I took. At this point, my order wouldn't be ready until 9:30PM; 2 hours from the order that I made and my family was very hungry. 9:30PM approaches and still no sign of the driver, no call back, or text. I'm literally looking outside my window to see if the driver pulled up or got lost. I finally received an email notification that the delivery is being set up and should come by 10PM with tracking information. As 10PM approaches, the tracking information shows the driver has arrived. Still don't see a car outside. I didn't receive a call either so I proceeded to call myself and found out the driver is at the end of the block. Finally got my order at 10:10PM. At this point, my family already ate and went to bed so they would eat it the next morning.

I understand these are tough times and everyone is ordering, however, waiting 2 and a half hours for food which my family didnt get to eat on the same dayis unacceptable. I had to make all of the effort to call and inquire about my order. I would've gave 1 star but since the manager was courteous and offered a free item, I'm going to give 2 stars. The first lady worker I spoke to on the hand wasn't very helpful and I had to call 3 times to then be forwarded to the manager. Hope this is improved but this left a sour taste on me and my...

I'm going to update my review when I go back. So first off this is a new business and with that hiccups are to be expected. Went there on a Saturday afternoon, and ordered 20 wings 3 different flavors , no Mac and cheese but they'll be getting that soon. Ordered jalipeno poppers and they ran out, they didn't have all the sauces. Still, ordered the fries and mozzarella sticks and onion rings . Customer services was good, and order was repeated for accuracy. When I got home they gave me the wrong amount of flavors, big mistake as I only wanted 5 habinero mango and 5 Thai chilli and 10 regular . So my wife and daughter were not able to eat wings because they gave me 10 habinero and 10 Thai chilli ( they don't like any spice) the fries were really good and so we're the onion rings. Mozzarella sticks should be eaten there, once they get cold it changes so I'll say they were great just should be eaten hot. Now the spices on the wings were ON POINT. I loved it, though I would caution on the habinero mango as they will make you cry if your not used to spice . Price was decent and I love that there is this option in the neighborhood. I will definitely be returning and hope that they have worked out a few of the kinks in the system and for God sake don't run out of sauces and have a full menu especially for the weekend (run out of something on Wednesday, but not the weekend) and repeating back the order is great, but now I know to check my order before I leave to ensure nothing was mixed up.
