Very bad customer service. There are other locations so I highly recommend going there.

The lady making the food was very nice and accommodating. However the gentleman working as the cashier was annoyed, ignored me, got my order wrong and didn’t want to fix it. I had to ask multiple times for it to be corrected. He continued to tell me what I said instead of considering the possibility that he heard wrong.

I asked for ingredients to be excluded from my order and the wrong ingredients where excluded. When I made them aware of it, he first ignored me outright. I said something again and he sad that’s what you ordered with a shrug. I disputed that and told him what I ordered and he proceeded to tell me I was incorrect and there is no reason to lie. At this point I had already paid, what reason did I have to lie? After going back and forth 3 times, he finally decided to fix my order with an attitude and told me that it’s too busy right now for this.

Extremely unprofessional. The fruits they used weren’t even sweet. Green Tropical Smoothie was so fresh and tasteless. So...

I’ve been to this specific store 5 times. I order the same exact drink, every single time. And every single time it tastes different! They are ALWAYS out of something. They also make too much and charge/give me a large, when I NEVER order a large smoothie. They also make substitutions without consulting me! I am done trying this location. Definitely have to go the extra mile to get to the next one. At least there, I know...

They list, on Google and on their website, that they close at midnight. Apparently this is a lie. Yes, as of 10:30 PM there are still employees inside the establishment.
