A COMPLETE SCAM with GARBAGE FOODS. RUNNNNNNN....
My wife and I had our Holud event (traditional South Asian event before marriage) in this resultant with 30-35 people. It was one of the worst decision I have ever made in my life. On the day of booking the place, Sayma who is the manager of this palace ensure us great food, accessibility to sound system for the event, full Air Conditioning, waiters/waitress available for 5 hour straight and much more. ABSOLUTELY nothing was done. LIST OF THINGS WENT WRONG... We began the party at 7 pm which is when they tells me that the speaker system does not work and how I should have arranged/hire a DJ. They failed to serve the appetizers until an hour in the event. We were promised to have soda cans, water bottle and tea service present at all times but nothing was placed in the bar area (where they usually place the beverages) until past 8 pm. The tea came way later than 8 pm. Some of guest had to buy their own tea because the teas were not readily available or was not announced by the staff that I (the host) already paid for the teas. Nobody was in the bar area until 8 pm. Finally, past 8 pm they serve the appetizers. And the appetizers were cold (although freshly served), chewy and watery. During dinner they played another trick. We were suppose to get Morog Polao but before the event started they spoken to one of my family member and convinced them to have the chicken serve separate from the rice without my acknowledgement. This resulted in, them serving white rice with some sorts of roasted chicken which was watery. Trying to pick up the chicken was impossible because it was oily and watery with absolutely no taste. And the eggs were just boiled and place in a separate tray. They were calling that Morog Polao. We were also told that we will have the area blocked off that did not happen. They did not put up the wall partition separating from the restaurant to our reserved area. We were also told that nobody will be coming here except our guest but there were lines in front of the bathroom which falls on our side of the reservation. Not only other customers but people from other the resultants came in just to use the restaurants. Finally, THEY DID NOT TURN THE AC FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION. I complaint several times. Even I had some guest leaving the restaurant due to heat exhaustion. They added $250 dollars for convenient fee/tips for her crew.
Summary: Foods are trash, manager is a scam artist (please don't fall for her sweet talks), the place is disgusting, no sound system, NO AC. Please DO NOT bring your business here unless you want to torture your guest with horrible food and literally melt them in...

One of their crown jewels is the Jilapi—absolutely phenomenal! Every Ramadan, I make it a tradition to swing by and pick up some of this crispy, syrupy delight. The golden swirls are perfectly fried, with just the right balance of crunch and sweetness, soaking up that rich sugar syrup in every bite. It’s a nostalgic treat that elevates my iftar table and never fails to impress. Beyond the Jilapi, their biryani is a flavorful masterpiece, packed with tender meat and aromatic spices, while the chicken curry offers a comforting depth that keeps you coming back.
